Return & Refund Policy

Most SMKYVEIL products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference-related reasons.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, and order details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, eligible orders will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because orders may enter production quickly, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we’ll do our best to make the requested change or cancellation.

Sizing

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit as expected when the correct size was ordered.

Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

Color & Print Variations

SMKYVEIL products are printed individually. Slight variations in print placement, color, saturation, garment tone, or appearance may occur due to the printing process, garment material, and differences between screen displays.

These normal production variations are not considered defects.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping or replacement costs.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we’ll review the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.
