SMKYVEIL products are made to order. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing Time

Orders enter production shortly after purchase.

Production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, holidays, and other factors. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and delivery location.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please note that the total delivery timeframe includes both production time and transit time.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be produced by different fulfillment locations. If this happens, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split into multiple shipments.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number.

We’ll review the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation before a replacement or refund can be issued.
